The Aerospace Technology District (DTA), in collaboration with the Apulia Region, ENAC, Aeroporti di Puglia and Cryptaliae Spaceport, is organising the new edition of the Mediterranean Aerospace Matching (MAM24). The initiative will take place at Grottaglie Airport (TA) ‘Marcello Arlotta’ on 20, 21 and 22 March 2024.
As part of the initiative, on 20 and 21 March, DTA will host the fourth edition of Drones Beyond (DB24), two days of innovative field activities in which several drones will operate in a futuristic aerial scenario. Numerous demonstrations of civil and military aerial services (surveillance, observation, inspection, agriculture, transport, etc.) will take place in a dedicated airspace. Experimental U-space services and innovative navigation support systems will ensure coordination and safety.
The event will also present the start-ups selected to join the incubation programme of ESA BIC Brindisi, the first incubator of the European Space Agency in southern Italy, managed by the Aerospace Technology District.
